Ringtone information and terms and conditions:

  1. To be able to get your ringtone, your mobile phone must be able to receive WAP services. If you are unsure, whether or not your phone can receive WAP services, check your phone manufacturer's website (see list below).
  2. If it is able to receive WAP services, your phone must also be WAP-enabled for you to be able to download the ringtone. So, if you cannot connect to the internet via WAP, contact your network and ask them to enable WAP on your phone (see details of mobile operators below).
  3. Your phone must be able to use ‘true tone’ ring tones.
  4. Before you download your ring tone, you will be asked for your name, street number and postcode by text to validate your request.
  5. Standard text message rate applies – this is not a premium rate text message and will cost you the same as a normal text.
  6. No purchase necessary.
  7. If you download the ring tone, Christian Aid may contact you in the future. However, you have the option to opt out of hearing from us by texting STOP to 84880 anytime after you’ve downloaded the ring tone.
  8. We use AdIQ to capture your details from the text messages. Here is their privacy policy.
